Choosing a Shop

Choosing who you allow to repair your vehicle will be one of the more important decisions you make following an accident.  How do you ensure your vehicle is repaired properly and safely? Do you stay with the shop your vehicle was towed to from the accident scene?  Maybe an insurance company has a working relationship with a shop and has referred you there.  How about that place that just fixed your friends vehicle?  Training, online reviews and warranties are some key factors that should be considered to ensure you make the right choice.
